Hi, I’m Jae!

I have a core belief that bodywork is for everyone: everyone deserves relief from the many stresses and tensions of life that we can carry in our bodies.

I provide non-judgemental, body-neutral, affirming care through massage therapy and self-massage education.

After years of working in vegetable farming, I had some very positive experiences with self-myofascial massage techniques.

This led me to pursue education in massage therapy at SUNY Morrisville. I am so grateful for my professors and mentors in Central New York and beyond, and for learning bodywork practices as a new way to care for my communities.
